My name is Daniel Prickett, and I am a licensed real estate agent, licensed home builder and co-owner of Prickett Properties, LLC.

I worked myself through college while obtaining a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of South Alabama. Through a lot of hard work and devotion, I graduated college and began pursuing my passion in real estate.

The Prickett Team sold over 10 million dollars of real estate in 2007, which has been characterized as a "down market."

Not only do I sell and manage real estate, I am a licensed home builder actively building vacation and investment homes for our clients. I have constructed and remodeled single family homes as well as duplexes. Through my experience as a vacation rental manager, I know what floor-plans are "rentable" and provide the best cash flow.
