Sandy Feat is located in the Dunes Subdivision. The home is beach-side, meaning there is no road to cross to get to the beach. The beach is within 100 yards of the house and the community pool is within 100 feet or so. It is all very walkable and there is no traffic to contend with. This home is a lot like "Four Fun" beach home.
